We have been dealing with an improperly installed sump pump system for the five years we have been in our house ... experienced one ""flood"" of 3-4"" of water and decided ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH ! That is when I contacted VALUE DRY ... best decision I could have made.
Contacted Value Dry ... had an initial conversation about my basement water issues and scheduled an estimate date. They arrived a few days later, provided a clear estimate and explained the options. I had a good feeling so scheduled them to do the job.
Here is what I got :
* 1/2 HP Sump Pump
* Battery Back-up
* Discharge PVC Piping (to replace my flex-tube)
* Underground PVC outside
* Bubbler-Pot
The work was done professionally. The pump is faster and much quieter than what we had. The Battery back-up gives us peace-of-mind. The bubbler-pot set-up keeps the yard looking less cluttered (and I no longer have to worry about my crappy flex-tube freezing in the winter).
Overall, excellent set-up. No comparison to what we were living with prior to their work. We appreciate the Honesty, Quality and Professionalism we experienced using VALUE DRY !
