My refrigerator stopped working while I had company from out of town and I was scared I'd have my guest waiting for a repairman instead of doing something fun! I called around 12 noon and he said he'd be at my home between 3-5 that day. He seemed to diagnose the problem over the phone, asked me for the make and model number, and showed up at 3:15 with the part that was needed. He was in and out within a half hour. Everything is working great and the price was very reasonable.
One thing that impressed me is that the owner came out and it seems as though it's just the one guy running the business. It's not like it's a repair guy who's getting a paycheck (who I feel would be more likely to pull a shady trick to make a quick buck or commission), it's the owner who wants repeat business and word of mouth referrals. I'd definitely recommend him and will used him in the future.
