Roy's has always been one of the best service companies in Kitsap County but this last 2 weeks has been a bad experience. \r

I have a front-load washer that is not draining and a broken foot that limits my ability to do things. I looked up their website and you can contact them online. I did so, they offered me a date, asked me for my address and phone number which I sent. I waited all day and they are a no-show. \r

I tried another appliance repair show but due to personal reasons they are not available at this time.\r
\r
To not be able to drive for 2 weeks so can't go to a laundry and then have them be a no-show, how frustrating.
