Review content:
I called to have them come and check the AC at my place. While on the phone they never mentioned they charge a $89 fee just for the visit (which wasn't long at all), I wished they had ! But this is not why I'm writing this review. The worst part was the repair person that came to my house (his name was Dean). He was extremely rude to say the least. He has no idea how to treat costumers. Hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of attitude. It's not the first time we get service for different repairs around the house, but this is certainly my worst experience.
I definitely wouldn't be using this company again nor would I recommend it to anybody.
I'm having somebody else do the job.
