The review below is funny. Ian chooses to go from business to business and cause trouble. Direct Optical has an excellent warranty policy and stands behind all products for up to two years. We are sorry that Ian has nothing better to do than write threatening emails and reviews at all hours of the night. Nothing went to small claims court. Amazing Ian!! I hope that you can find an optical store that allows you to abuse your eyeglasses and keeps replacing them for you. Good Luck!
