He saw my son and purposefully made him cry so that he would open his mouth by lifting him up unwillingly and forcing him into the dental chair. Then, he said he saw everything he needed to see in the few seconds that my son opened his mouth while crying and guessed the number of cavities he had. You would think that being the owner of a pediatric dentistry, he would know how to treat kids and know that forcing them into a chair does not gain their trust. The front staff was so unfriendly as well. They all looked like they hated their jobs. It makes you wonder how places like this stay in business.
