If I could have picked no stars I would have. A friend asked me to try this salon, as it was a friend of hers. They tried to talk me into cutting my hair short and when I made it crystal clear that I had been growing my hair for a while and was finally happy with the length they reassured me that I would only get a trim and they wanted to make me happy. My chair was positioned so that I could not see myself in the mirror and when I say long pieces of my hair falling to the ground I questioned the stylist. She assured me it was just layers. SHE CUT OFF 4.5-5 INCHES. THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD. The OWNER CHECKED IT AND LEFT IT!!!! I HAD TO PAY $100 DOLLARS TO HAVE ANOTHER HAIR DRESSER FIX IT!!! I WILL BE PAYING FOR THIS HAIR CUT FOR A YEAR UNTIL IT GROWS OUT!!! I CRIED FOR DAYS!!
