Bad intall, ducts not properly sealed, i have been cooling the attic for two years now. drain lines were backwards causing the pump to burn out. rusted drip pan and spilled over to leak in the roof. ducts not pulled tight to have proper air flow. i have been getting two tons of eff. out of a 4 ton unit. would never recomend this company to anyone. i had to call out another company to fix these problems. all glenn heating and air was able to say was not our problem your warrenty is up. but these were all due to bad intall not bad equipment
Cons: If you want to waste money call these guys.
