Review content:
I had a HVAC unit installed several years ago by them and in the process they created a structural issue with my house. They should have pulled a permit for the job but they told me one wasn't necessary. (it would just slow them down you know) When I went to sell my house their incompetance came out and I had to fix it the RIGHT WAY. All I wanted them to do is take responsiblity for their mistake and pay for the cost of correcting the damage they inflicted on the property. Of course you can all guess the outcome of that...they wouldn't return calls and could care less about standing behind their work. \r
\r
Another thing everyone should know they are a licensed contractor but there is a statute of limitations for shoddy workmanship. You have four years to file a compliant on a contractor with the state license board. After that period you are out of luck and have to take them to civil court...good luck with that!\r
\r
If you use this company I would question everything they do.
Pros: At least they sold a unit that works...
Cons: Won't take responsibility for their shoddy installation...
