NEVER GO TO THE ONE IN WEST DES MOINES!!!! I HAD MY EYEBROWS DONE THERE AND HE MADE THEM CROOKED! THEN ON TOP OF IT BECAUSE I WAS CRYING HE WAS YELLING AT ME AND BELITTLING ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE INCLUDING CUSTOMERS. THEN WENT IN THE BACK ROOM TO WORK ON OTHER THINGS AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO TALK HE TOLD ME TO GET THE F OUT. HE DENIED THAT THEY LOOKED CROOKED EVEN THOUGH HIS ASSISTANT AGREED THEY WERE CROOKED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THEIR!!!!!
