I took my shampooer to Erv's to get fixed. After 2 weeks I called and he said that it would be another week. I picked it up and that weekend went to use it and found that it wasn't working at all. At least it was working a little bit before I took it in. I was having people over for dinner so I took it right back to Ervs at 9 am right when they opened up. He checked it out and seen all the water pouring out of the side of the machine, and said that he would try and look at it that day. I informed him that I had people coming over for dinner and for him to make it right and let me borrow a carpet shampooer so I can get my carpets cleaned. He refused and said that he didn't have one for me to use. HELLO we are in a carpet shampooer store that has a sign carpet rental machines for rent. He then told me that I had just paid 14 dollars and I shouldn't be upset. He then told me that he would give my money back and I informed him that I wanted it fixed. that it works worse than it did when I brought it to him. He refused and gave my $44 not $14 dollars back. I will never go back to ERV's what a Rip off. Had it for 3 weeks and still didn't fix it. made it worse. I brought it home and my husband took it apart and fixed it. There were broken parts inside they weren't broken before. AVOID THIS PLACE
