Review content:
I have been a customer of Payton Salon for a few years now. I had a few problems and the problems were was resolved quickly. The owner is a great lady. She wears several hats as owner, stylist, and teacher. She cares for all the clients of the salon and her crew. \r

Every work place, hang outs, places in general ... there will always be conflicts and connections. If you don't feel the conection then you will most definately feel the conflict more. Speak up and say naaa i don't like. Show the stylist pictures, tell them up front If you want long hair or describe what your want your hair to look like, ask them what the lingo is for X amt to taken off. A trim doesn't mean less then a inch .. it has another name for taking the ends off. Make sure you have clear communications. They Staff at any salon can't read your mind. If you don't speak up and tell them to go for it... they will because they love to be creative ..... \r

Another tip is when you go to a salon before making a appt watch some of the cuts that the stylist are doing. If you don't dig you know that stylist isn't for you.
Pros: Great staff, great products, great atmosphere
Cons: can't think of any
