These guys were great. I dropped my laptop by mistake and had already had someone else come look at it who quoted me an arm and a leg to fix it, without a guarantee that they could recover my data. Aus Tech charged me half as much, recovered my data, and even researched where I could get the best price on the new hard drive I needed. Will definitely go back!
