INCREDIBLE food for low prices. One of my all time favorite places! I went to Out of the Blue during my first visit to philly and i went back twice during my stay. The menu has a great variety, but my absolute favorite is the monkfish and don't get me started on desert. The service was excellent all three times i was there, the staff is very attentive but not annoying. I even met the chef who wanted to check up on our party. Great ambiance for a couple (get the booth) or a family. love the decor: simple & chic!
