This place is absolutely terrible! I came in for a scheduled hair removal consultation and was not brought into a private room and told about treatment options, but ushered into a chair right across from her table (open to the public) and asked when I wanted to book my first appointment. I had to point to the brochures and get her to talk to me about my options, to which she just handed me the brochures and told me I could read them when I left. But she got me. She told me that it was not painful. So, in my stupidity, I booked my appointment. \r

She welcomes me and has me lie on a table. Then uses a razor to ged rid of the hair on my face. Only problem is, she acts like I came late and that she's in a hurry, shaving faster that I've every seen/heard anyone shave anything. She nicks me (my face, mind you) quite a few times, so I literally have 2 scratches on my face, about half an inch long, one that drew blood. She completely ignores this of course.\r

The procedure was EXTREMELY painful (despite her quip ""No, it's not painful at all...""), and she did not offer ANY sort of numbing topical medication (that is often offered for these services). Only when I was literally crying and squirming like a little kid on a table (for about 5-7 minutes) did she leave the room and come back with an ice pack so she could numb me a little before proceeding. HOW COULD SHE NOT HAVE DONE THAT WITHIN THE FIRST MINUTE OF ME SQUIRMING IN ABSOLUTE PAIN??!! This was honestly the most painful thing I've ever done to myself. No waxing, piercing, tattooing could beat this. \r

Anyways, my face was completely red and enflamed after the appointment, and I was obviously embarrassed to leave. I asked how long it would take to go away, and she said, ""An hour or two; you're not going anywhere NOW are you?"" Can't believe I went back a few more times, but I was smart enough to bring a friend to watch this torture, as well as ask for an ice pack so I could numb myself before she began. I would never EVER recommend this place and terminated my treatment after a few sessions AND SOME TERRIBLE ACNE from these treatments! Had to go to a dermatologist to fix that.. I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I now have more hair growing on my face.
