After reading the other reviewers,I called Gary to ask about the reviews. He was honest about them,indicating exactly what the issue was on each one. After talking with him, I decided to give him a try at fixing my 36 inch rca tv. He was experienced enough and knowledgeable enough to recognize what kind of set it was from the chassis number and came to my house, removed the chassis,fixed it and returned it all within 36 hours. It now works like a charm(the problem was weird in that sometimes the tv would come on right away, other times take 10 minutes or so for the picture to come on, and other times simply wouldn't show a picture).
So I don't don't know why the other reviewers were so negative given my very positive experience with Pacific Video.
