I had a damaged windshield and had it replaced at Scmidt's. The first time it rained after the installation I had water pouring into my car from behind the dash. I brought the car back to Schmidt's and they resealed it. When it rained again the windshield still leaked. I brought it back a third time and this time they told they had checked the windshield and there was no way it could be leaking and the water must be coming in someplace else even though I told them there had been no water coming in until they had put in the windshield. I brought the car to my dealer who leak tested and told me the problem was definitely the windshield. I complained to my insurance company and they contacted Schmidt's and got them to agree to come to my and replace the windshield. Twice the Scmidt's employee did not show when he was supposed to and never called. Finally I had to bring the car to Safelite Glass in Depew who leak tested the car and then replaced the windshield. There is no longer any water coming into my car.
Cons: shoddy work, unreliable, terrible customer service
