I have been using this company for over 2 years, I have a 5500 sq ft house (this does not include the basement). My house does take time to clean, but the quality of the work is superior. I have met all the maids that work for the company, and each is well trained and efficient. This service does not cost much more than other maid services with the same characteristics (such as being legal and caring Workman's Comp). In fact, another local company charged me 50 more per week. It is my belief that cleaning takes time to do it right. I do have a big house and expect superior service. Though it does take time to get through the house, the woman do it and do it right. In my opinion, you pay for what you get and if you want the job to be done quickly to save a buck or to so be it; but me personally I expect the best and the best is what I get.
