Made an appointment for scheduled routine cleaning.They insisted that instead I needed a deep cleaning for $500 copay and a crown for several hundred dollars.I kept refusing and asking for my routine cleaning as scheduled. Instead they brought in thier ""closer"" a young lady with a clipboard detailing costs of what they were going to do (without my permission) and how they would allow me to pay for it.Again I reused to agree to allow them to force services on me and demanded the the service I came for. They then refused to provide that service and would provide no service until i agreed to thier ""treatment plan""and signed a payment agreement.I refused.Since I refused they offered to escort me out of the building and refused to provide any service.I was escorted to the reception desk to make my next appointment(what arrogance)which of course I did not do and I left telling them to cancel my account because I would definately be changing dentists.
