Being a woman, stepping into Rbz auto was a complate nightmare!I felt as though I walked into another planet. All I saw there were men with grease and every other word out of the managers mouth was (4 letters). These men probably find it odd that a woman should be doing this task when car repairs are supposed to be men's turf! But because I am a widow and the one who worries about the budget in the house, the responsibility of getting the car fixed naturally is mine.\r \r I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and was told it would be ready by 12:00. but when I returned on the promised time, it's wasn't even started. I brought it in for a small brake squeel and ended it up rebuilding my entire brake system. They did not authorize the repairs with me, they just told me what my new charges were going to be. For just a slight squeek, these auto mechanics will remove everything, turn your car upside down and charge you sky high amounts.
