It took a month to get a part for my Jenn-Air wall oven. When he came to put it in, he refused to place the appliance cart/dolly on a piece of plywood, so our wood floors would not get dented. He Told us the repair would have to be rescheduled. I had to follow up with them for a new date and time - TWICE! Find someone else to service your appliances.
