Unfortuntely, I must agree with all the other reviewers. Service here is poor and incompetent. I signed up for the express service. First they couldn't find the express service bag and assured me it would be available my next visit. I came two more times only to give up on the third try. Each visit, I was given a new excuse of some information missing and why they were not able to execute. Jennifer, the manager, was disappointingly rude and made it very apparent that she lacks any desire to address customers' needs or concerns.
