Review content:
We built a new house 3 years ago and have returned to Friedges with every outdoor need we have. We have worked with Jim on a variety of landscaping needs from installing new sod and river rock, adding trees to the landscape, and designing and installing a drainage system that allowed us to enjoy our property. As with any large project times have come up where we have needed to revise our plans, or an item was received that we questioned. On the few occasions we were not happy with quality of the plantings, or had questions about a project, a quick email or phone call to Jim put things to right...no arguments, no excuses, just great customer service and quick remedies. As stated earlier, we fully trust Jim to take care of our needs and always recommend him specifically when we send our friends and neighbors to Friedges. Thanks Jim for all of your help!
