Businiess name:  MLC Window Co

Review content:
We purchased a home built by a builder as a model home in 10/07. The windows are MLC and have been leaking since we bought the home. They have been out 6 times to ""repair"" the windows and have not accomplished anything yet. We have sill damage and drywall damage. The slider window tracks fill with water and spill over onto the sill. The builder is closely involved with this window company and they are both protecting each other from having to pay money to replace these windows with a better quality. The builder is Tuscany Development and we have more issues than just leaking windows. We would not recommend MLC windows ever! You get what you pay for. Cons: Leaking Windows, Poor customer service.
