Miss Jamie is the assistant director of our school and handled this matter quite professionally. You were refunded the proper credit. As I recall this matter took time to resolve due to lack of communication between you and your ex wife. We went above and beyond to accommodate payments being made by three different parties of which two were out of state. Our studio policy is a direct withdrawal from ONE account. In your case we had a direct withdrawl from two accounts and checks being sent from out of state. We went above and beyond to accomodate your needs and situation. I do believe you apologized to Miss Jamie for the confusion in this matter and thanked her for going the extra mile to resolve your conflict. If at any time I felt my assistant director did not have a handle on this matter I would have stepped in. Center Stage prides itself on our customer service and professionalism. Since this matter I know Sydney has moved with you. We wish her much luck and success\r
