The management of this company (Piper) sells you a good line, but her follow thru SUCKS. I paid a lot of money for a party on this boat and the day of the event ran into a bunch of problems that most could have been avoided had this manager (Piper) been available, but I was unable to contact her. Several extra services I paid for were not followed thru, and in fact, the boat crew seemed totally clueless that they were supposed to provide these extra services and told me management had not informed them of it. When I contacted management after the event for a partial refund, I got none, nor did I get any apology or explanation of what went so horribly wrong. In summary, if you want a nice boat cruise, w/o the expensive bells and whistles, Fantasea is fine. But if you are planning a really special event, where attention to detail is important, go somewhere else. And by the way, ASHLEYB, who wrote the review directly below this one, is the receptionist for Fantasea.
