I did a lot of research before coming to Dr Marlowe and although he was much farther away than other weight loss clinic options for me, I felt that he would be worth it. I have been pleased with him and my results, but I am no longer going to continue because of the poorly run office and the rude office staff. They never answer their phone so you play phone tag trying to schedule or reschedule an appt ( and I can PROMISE you that it is not because they are so busy they cant answer. The clinic is VERY slow). The woman at the front desk is one of the rudest people that I have ever encountered in an office. She has no people skills at all. I gave up and I am not going back. Even though I think Dr Marlowe is excellent, I just cant stomach the rest of the crew and they way they handle the 'business' side of medicine.
