Review content:
The apartment we lived in was small and dirty. Everything was broken, and maintenance requests went unanswered for weeks at a time. The manager seemed to be either chemically stupefied or mentally handicapped (she was extremely flaky). Lots of creepy critters, weird smells, thin walls, used syringes found under the loose carpet (I'm not joking). This place is just pretty terrible all around.\r \r The upside is that it's right across the street from the best college in Utah, and it's not much worse than any of the other places I've seen in the area. It is also next to a large Wal-Mart, which I found annoying but others may find convenient. Pros: Close to UVU Cons: Everything else
