I was in need of teeth whitening and my friend referred me to Southland Dental. They have a treatment called Zoom! Teeth Whitening which my friend did and I decided to make an appointment after seeing how white her teeth got. I read all about the process and discovered that it is the safest way to whiten teeth.
When I went in, one of the assistants went over the process with me as she sat me down in one of the rooms. Basically they spread some kind of bleach gel over my teeth and aimed a big laser at it which magically whitened my teeth by the time it was over. The process was not that painful, but my teeth were sensitive for almost a week afterwards. Pain or no pain, it was very much worth it. I can't stop staring at my bright smile in the mirror.
