I had read and heard a lot of hupla about this place, but what I experienced was not good ... period. The sausage tasted like it had been bought at the Kroger. The beans tasted no better than canned Bush Beans. The brisket was less than tender. The bbq sauce was thin and lacked richness. If the bbq had been ""spicy,"" or ""vinigar-y,"" or perhas even ""sweet,"" I would be writing something different. It all just simply tasted ""uneventful."" .I hate to say this, but you'd be better off going to pappa's or perry's. Sorry people, but I just don't think these guys know a thing about bbq.
