Honestly we couldn't have been more disappointed. We went there at lunch time on a Saturday. There was quite a crowd which seemed like a good sign, but when we got our food, the brisket was dry. The only saving grace was the barbecue sauce, but even it paled next to Rudy's in Austin.
Pros: Decent barbecue sauce
Cons: Dry, tough brisket
