Businiess name:  Railhead Smokehouse

Review content:
I will admit I am not from Texas. I am from St. Louis and prefer a different type of BBQ than Railhead offers. So, the main thrust of this review is to ensure those who prefer St. Louis Style BBQ or Memphis Style BBQ are not disappointed by going to Railhead and thinking that is what you are going to get here. I have gone to Railhead three to four times with co-workers for lunch; most often on the Thursday ""Rib Day"" for the special. The main reason that I did not like Railhead is the BBQ they serve ends up tough, overcooked, and dry. Not what I am used to. I prefer what is served up at Red Hot & Blue.\r \r Bring on the Mauls! Pros: Quick service. Decent size portion. Cons: Meat is dryed out. Don't get the soggy dill pickle.
