update: I wish I could give this place negative stars, I'm currently battling them for $1200 worth of ""damage"" they claim I did to the apartment. They have violated CA Tenant's Rights on several levels. DO NOT LIVE HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A COLLEGE STUDENT!!!!!!!!!!
I'm giving this place one star only because I can't give zero stars. Live here at your own risk!!! The entire management team is SO inept, they will lose your important paperwork all the time, and then penalize you for it.
I just moved out of here, and on the move-out paperwork I was given, the management was supposed to write in our pro-rated rent amount, but never did. They then blamed us and tried to charge us $50 when we never paid (the mysterious amount that the office was supposed to calculate)
Earlier in the year they left several angry letters on our door threatening eviction because they didn't have Proof of Renter's Insurance. Turns out they lost the proof copy we gave them the day we turned it in.
Don't even get me started on how there's noisy college parties every weekend or how it took them a year to fix the hottubs or how there's 25 guest spaces for a 560-unit complex, and they WILL TOW if you park in the ""future resident"" parking, even if it's after-hours. F*ck this place!
Pros: I found a cute stray cat here that I adopted
Cons: evrything else, especially the MANAGEMENT
