Mark ross does actually smile...after we gave him the movein money and the paperwork was done, and he gave us the keys.\r
We had a problem that day of moving in and he got on it, simple fix.\r
The owner should be happy as he is all business, and he did treat us well and did what he said. NOTE: be on time with him-old school punctualaty.
