Awful experience I have pawned different items over the past year with no problems. Until now I pawned my Acer Aspire notebook I purchased 2 years ago went in to pawn shop perfect no scratches, screen fine. Actually got item out yesterday looked notebook, over looked fine at shop. When I got home I powered Acer up noticed half my screen was broken. Of course when I returned no one know what happen? An employee there admitted item was placed on floor in back. Why would you store a computer on the floor?????If you plan to go back in get item please don't use this place. There not responsible people treated my laptop like crap. As for the owner he was rude he don't even come out to apologize. Lastly, all the items they sell can be found at Frisco Resale way cheaper, plus money goes to charity don't even waste your time.
