Review content:
This is a great place to have your hair cut & styled. However, when it comes to coloring hair, beware. It seems that the stylists don't keep a reference card for each client. A few months ago, I got highlights by Julie (did great job!). A few weeks ago, I went in to have it touched up by a junior stylist (Julie wasn't available). It came out 2-3 shades lighter and ""spotty"", not blended in. The next day, I went in to have it corrected by a senior stylist (Julie & junior stylist weren't available). The overall color lasted 2 weeks only. ""Spotty"" highlights were back. Frustrated, I decided to go elsewhere to have color correction done.
