I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO THEIR COLUMBIA LOCATION FOR YEARS WITH NO ISSUES. ON MY LAST TRIP TO THE COLUMBIA, TN LOCATION I PULLED IN AS NORMAL AND WAS MET BY A MAN I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME UNDERSTANDING SO I CUT THE ENGINE OFF TO BETTER HEAR HIM. i EXITED THE CAR AND DID NOT REALIZE THE RADIO WAS STILL ON. i LEFT THE CAR IN THE CARE OF THE MAN THAT WAS TO VACCUM AND PULL THE CAR INTO THE WASH. THE RADIO WAS ON SO THE ATENNA STAYED UP BREAKING IT. iT WAS IN THE EMPLOYYEES CARE AT THAT POINT AND HE BEING A PERSON WHO SHOULD KNOW TO TURN THE RADIO DID NOT. THE ATTENNA WAS BROKEN AND THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT. I GOT THE ATENNA REPAIRED AND TOOK THE BILL TO DEBRA LACHANCE WHO HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PAY FOR IT. SHE SAID SHE HAD TALKED TO MANAGEMENT AND THEY COULD NOT PAY. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS DON'T GO TO COLUMBIA CAR WASH.
