This complex is a HOT MESS and a half !!! The previous Manager, ""Nancy"" was behind on everything, her staff kept quitting, or she'd fire them, most have walked out on her due to her poor employee/manager skills, garbage in the parking lots and on the grounds is rampant and unit 57, where the loud-mouthed tenants live had vermin a few months back and keep excessive amounts of trash in their front patio (when a dumpster is directly in front of their unit just a few feet away), excessive noise from children after hours, loitering in the parking lots and openly selling narcotics is abundant. One tenant who's name is ""John"", but some call him 'Lil' John"" cause he's about 5'5 lives with his elderly aunt, on Section 8, he sells narcotics and who knows what else from his unit upstairs from Apt. 77. Nancy has even seen this character conduct a narcotics sale right in front of her office, but claims the Pittsburg Police Dept. said there was nothing that could be done, they needed more proof? Now what kind of B.S. is that? Pittsburg P.D. should have been on top of that. Speaking of the police, their usually here every month cause of something or another. About 10 or 15 units do not have working air condition systems, and so far they've staid that way for 4 months now, and since Nancy was fired last month, the current manager, a Philipino gentleman has done absolutely NOTHING to get them fixed. Since then the weather has constantly been 90 degrees plus. As of this writing, the outside temp is at 105 dgrees. Inside it's about 5 degrees cooler. The trouble makers that Nancy was to have ejected from the property are still here, the grounds persons have to haul the dumpsters manually to the far end of the complex to the trash compactor. They don't have any type of small Cushman vehicle (golf cart type vehicle) to get around in - which they desperately need, the whole place is in a shambles. Plus theres no security. This isn't a place to be recommended. \r \r Pros: Location, easy access to public transportation, stores Cons: Poor management, shabby grounds, none working air cond. units
