This moving experience was easily the worst I've ever experienced personally. The end result was 1. Working late because they showed up late. 2. Damage to everything they touched 3. Run around by management when concerns were voiced 4. Complete waste of time for which I paid the full price. Damage to equipment easily exceeded $500. Wasted hours of our time by showing up 2 full hours late and they never even called to warn us they were late. Moveres complained the entire time, checking their phone throughout the process. Cut-off the move early because they damaged so much stuff we wanted to cut our losses. Voiced concerns with management, which kept passing the phone off to the next manager so the story had to be retold multiple times. Still invoiced for full amount.
