This court is a joke. If you happen to live outside Greene County, you haven't a chance in their courtroom.In the situation I saw, the Judge was familiar with the woman wanting outrageous demands from the father of her child. The Judge personally knew the child, and the District Attorney was/is the woman's current boyfriend. The child support was set at a rate so high, Donald Trump couldn't afford it. The fathers job was seasonal with occasional months of unemployment, but this did not phase the Judge in his ruling. \r
Also the accused father of the child was not permitted a Paternity test. The Judge ordered at the first hearing that he was the father and entered into a court decison. The man never admitted to being the father and still doesn't know if the child he has paid thousands of dollars too is his. And the arreages was so ridiculious. The accused father had to pay for this womans breast pumps, and two of those. Plus maternity leave even tho her job paid for it. He does not get visitations rights as the mother of the child makes it impossible for this, as she states"" she knows the Judge and she can get away with it""\r
This woman came to the accused father after their affair ended, came to HIS county and threw herself at him. She being 5 years older and in health related work, should have practiced birth control, but this was a last ditch attempt to get the man to marry her. When he refused, she promised to make his life a living hell, and with her ""friends' at the court house, she has succeeded. Every holiday she manages to have a warrent sent for his arrest even tho half of his paycheck goes for child support. This is not 21%, but he cannot get any justice in GREENE County. The Judge tells him to shut up and asked this poor little woman what she wants. What a joke.The Judge should be banned from any future issues with this case, but the damage has been done by his refusal to dismiss himself in the beginning.
