Review content:
DO NOT GO THERE!\r A friend recommended me to the Autoscope on Denton Dr. in Dallas, so I went there to have them fix my check engine light. My friend called beforehand and they said that I needed to have a diagnostic check done at the dealership before I came in, so I went and had it done and went in to Autoscope. I took them the diagnostic check and a guy there said that they would not accept the dealership’s diagnostic and that they had to run a diagnostic check as well and it was going to cost $120. So I talked with the manager and he said that they would go ahead and do another diagnostic because of the misinformation. \r Then, they told me that they needed to fix my two front oxygen sensors. So they replaced them and then I took the car and drove it for a while and the check engine light came on again. I took my car back and they said that nothing was wrong and that they needed to reset it (or something like that). So I took the car and the check engine light came on again. I went back to Autoscope and the guy there said that they would check what was wrong with it. \r After that, he said that they had to fix another oxygen sensor and that would cost me $500 and I said no I preferred to take my car then the manager asked me to pay $120 for the diagnostic check. I was shocked. Not only did they not fix the problem the first time but he wanted me to pay $120 for something that they should have caught the first time and he didn’t tell me that he was going to charge me beforehand. He said that I told him to do what the dealership’s diagnostic said and that I would have to pay. When I asked to speak with a manager, the manager came and he yelled at me and said, “You want it for free? Take it!!” and he crumpled up the paper and threw it in the trash in an angry way.\r I then called to speak with someone from Autoscope’s corporate office about the issue. I talked with a woman who was very nice with me and she said she would call me back and never did. I called her back and she said that they did what I told them to do. Lol. \r So I ended up paying $800 and my check engine light is still on. This place is unprofessional and does not care about their customers. I do not recommend that anyone go there.\r Pros: Clean Cons: Rude Manager
