I ordered my first dumpster ever and chose this company based on their flexibility, customer service, and obviously their competitive pricing. The staff was exceptionally helpful answering all my questions (first time customer not educated on how dumpsters work, lol) and extremely nice! I did call around to other companies and found some to be very rude just answering the phones. Maybe it's me, but I enjoy speaking to a happy perky rep rather than someone who doesn't seem satisfied in their position. Anyways I didn't get to speak to the driver, but they placed the container exactly where I asked and removed it also when I asked. I would definately recommend them to anyone. Communication goes a long way! Thank you SDS Disposal for making my first dumpster rental experience easy and pleasurable!
