I know that ""Honest"" isn't a word one would normally associate with mechanics, but in this case I can't think of a better word. I have used Mastertech for 5+ years and could not be happier. Forget Firestone and Midas where I, as well as family members have been talked into meaningless services and costly repairs. Jim, the owner has always been fair when it comes to pricing and will try to stretch out the life of things that need repair. This shop is a place that one will not go into a panic attack while waiting to hear how much it will cost to get your car repaired. I took my Lexus, Acadia and Maxima there for repair and refuse to go to the dealer again!
Pros: prices, speed, kind, honest
Cons: only one shop!
