If you love your pet....bring it elsewhere. These people have no sense of urgency...so if your pet is in need of emergency attention....do not bring here. My dog needed surgery asap...was there at 9am and they said they would take her in at 4...well that turned to 5. By the time she had her surgery her organs failed and she died. She was 3. They didn't even have the time for a 15 minute ultrasound until noon...due to appointments....so not a good place to bring a pet for an emergency..they don't care at all! Poor staff, in my opinion...uneducated also. Hated the Dr....Rizzo...or whatever...could tell she did not give a crap at all. Giant hack job....and now I am left devastated and lost.
