I am very computer savvy but was having some probs with my new laptop that I couldn't resolve on my own. I reluctantly took it in to the geek squad and not only did they quickly fix it but it was not nearly as expensive as i anticipated. Since then I've called twice with some general questions and whomever I get on the phone is always knowledgable and friendly. \r
