Grand China is focused on its food, not it's décor--just as you should be. Saunter in off the street for a snack, or plan a group dim sum feast, but either way you will find a wonderful bounty of fresh flavors and ingredients, served to you.
Minced shrimp finds its way into meltingly soft stuffed eggplant and tiny, pursed dumplings that are ingeniously light.
