Review content:
The manager and Jill were extremely rude to my 17 year old. They came out during her workout and told her she did not belong there. Jill told the manager I had said ""up yours"" in a 30-second conversation she and I had had a few days ago about membership. Clearly that is a lie, but the manager told my daughter I had said it and used the upward arm shoving motion in front of her and her friend demonstrating it. My daughter told him she has never heard me say anything like that. They told her to leave. I had heard they are rude, but that's just wrong with what they did. They were making a point saying the contract doesn't allow her to work out without me. That is clearly not stated in the contract and 17 year olds can work out there. Contract says ""Child (age 13-16 with adult supervision). The contract is with me; why would a manager make those statements and gestures to my 17 year old. Why would Jill tell lies. People question the rudeness of the management; I agree with them now. Obviously, I don't recommend this place!
