I have been visiting Spa on the Avenue on the Avenue in White Marsh for years now. Karen B. is the best hair stylist! She styled my hair for my wedding 9 years ago and now I bring my seven year old daughter to get her hair cut by Karen. She always makes my hair and my daughter's look like a million bucks! Elaine G. is the best eye brow waxer in town! It is hard to find someone who can wax your brows perfectly and she does just that! The vibe of the salon is friendly and the technicians are always suggesting products to enhance your natural beauty. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my hair and eye brows.
