Buying a home is usually the largest investment a person makes and was naturally one of the most important decisions I ever made. I’m glad I chose First Option Mortgage to finance my home. As a first time home owner, I have to admit that I was a little afraid of going through the whole process of taking out a loan. Fortunately, the people at First Option Mortgage were friendly, competent, and they cared about which type of mortgage was best for me, not what was best for their pocketbooks. They considered my financial situation, went over my short and long term goals, helped me decide between a fixed interest rate or an adjustable interest rate, and considered how long I expected to be in my home before advising me on my mortgage. I was impressed that they understand that there is no “one-size-fits-all mortgage.” I would recommend First Option Mortgage to anyone who is even considering buying a home.
