I do not recommend this place for birthday parties, at all.\r
I was there to attend a party for a young family member. There were very few attendants on the inflatables. No one watching to make sure that older kids were not on the areas for 2 and under. I took my 3 yearold grandchild to the restroom. I had to take my shoes off because the bathroom is located off the carpeted area. I had on thin trouser socks, and the bathroom floors were nasty! Kids had peed all over them. And there I was walking in it !!!! The pizza was disgusting! Cold and greasy! The kids took one bite, and left the rest. The ""hostesses"" were nothing to brag about. IT was super over-crowded due to several parties, plus the open play. Seems they would limit the number of parties to avoid that. And they did not have the staff to control the number of kids. They charge for every little thing. When we were leaving, I overheard the manager and the staff talking to a customer in the rudest way... saying : I hope you never come back... All I want is for you to pay your bill!"" Apparently there was an issue with an overcharge. After the customer left, the staff was still talking badly about her, and really belittleing her. I hope the young lady spreads the word. I was totally disappointed in our experience, and I wonder how many more customers they manage to offend. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK THERE. There are too many other, less expensive options out there for b-day parties.
